Dear Brothers and Sisters in our Lord Jesus Christ -

The last month has been an exciting one. Getting ready to leave for France, and getting prepared for the end of Term in school.

Finals

Finals came, as they normally do, all too quickly for me to feel completely prepared. This last term, while it was filled with many exciting and in-depth courses, was also full of many homework assignments and papers which I told you about in my last news letter. I am so thankful that my parents and my mentors have taught me how not to procrastinate and so by the time it came time to study for finals, I had my papers and projects finished and I was able to concentrate on studying. I have not received my results yet, but I feel like I did well on all my tests, to the glory of God, who gave me the strength to get through them all.

Preparing for France

Whenever someone goes to a mission field, or back from one, it is a good idea to ask the missionaries there if there is anything you can bring them from the States. Having been in their position, and knowing that there are random things from America that they miss, I was able to get some of the items that one can only find on our side of the pond. From pop-tarts to candy bars to burnable DVDs, I was able to find some things that will help them out in their ministries, but also their comfort. When I return to the states, I have a shopping list from the former missionaries who now live in America, of things that they wish to partake in again.

Schedule of Events

Blog

I have a blog that I have been keeping for the past year or so, and I wanted to let you all know about it. I update, or try to update, every few days about stories and how I am doing personally. Please feel free to visit and to leave comments. I can not fit all the stories I wish to into my newsletters, so this is another way of keeping up with how the work is going, not only this summer, but also throughout the year in Lubbock. www.xanga.com/pamela_d_mcadams

Prayers

Please keep me in your prayers as I am traveling around, renewing old relationships, and doing my best to aid the missionaries in the work that they are doing in Europe. Please pray that God will give me the wisdom to know what He wants done, the strength to be able to, and the faith to do it.

Thank you all so much for making this trip possible. I pray that all that I do is to God's glory and for the advancement of His kingdom! May God bless you each richly this summer as you live lives according to His will and show others His light in your part of the world!

With Love in Christ - Pamela D.
